Payment Detail
1. Payment can be done via Online payment / Machine Bank in / Bank In Counter for Maybank and Cimb only / Touch and Go E-Wallet / Paypal Apps.
2. Goods will only be delivered after full payment is received.
3.Please choose instant transfer for online bankin. If paying with Giro interbank fund transfer , we'll proceed your shipping asap after the bank complete all the transaction.
4. We'll provide the shipping detail after conformation of your order.
Shopping Information:
1. The actual colours may vary due to differences in monitor colour depth and make. But we will describe the products as clearly as possible.
2. Shipping fee are bared by buyer. The price of shipping fee is charge once, all product can combine postage.
3. If the products listed have incorrect pricing (typo error) or image mismatch. We will reserve the right to cancel/decline the orders of the products.
4. Buying risk are beared by the customer, please make sure you agree to the terms & Conditions before placing any order. We reserve the right to change it any time.
5. Please make payment within 24 hours after placing order. Order will be considered cancelled if payment is not received within this period. Please re-conform your order and make payment within the next 24 hours.
6. Please send us all the receiver's detail after payment. Item will be send out within 1-3 days after payment. 7. All payments made on confirmed orders are non-refundable. 8. Please notify us immediately should you received the incorrect goods ordered, or goods delivered to you which you have not ordered so that we can rectify the problem
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
Your order ships anywhere within Malaysia including 13 states and 3 federal territories.
West Malaysia states and federal territories: Johor, Kedah, Kelantan, Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Perak, Perlis, Pulau Pinang, Putrajaya, Selangor, Terengganu
East Malaysia states and federal territories: Sabah, Sarawak, W.P.Labuan
1. Orders are generally shipped by either Pos Malaysia or Poslaju postal / Ninja Van / J&T Express. To calculate the cost of a shipment, Rates will vary depending on the ship-to location . Confirmation of the respective shipping costs will be given to you before we finalize your order, so you will know the shipping costs before completing your order.
2. Postage fees is charged one time per purchase not by weight. Combine Shipping is allowed . Means that you can ship several items to one(1) address. Additional shipping fees will be charged if order is ship to more then one address.
3. Address P.O box is acceptable. For P.O Box delivery address as confirm by POS Laju, customer would need to contact PPL Pos Laju to get the parcel location/office address to collect it as they will not deliver it but just leave a note in the post box.
4. Please take note that we are not held liable for any goods lost in transit.
5. All orders are shipped out every day from Mon to Fri, except public holidays.Orders placed on weekends or holiday will be shipped the following working day. Delivery times vary depending on the locations.
6. Shipments returned due to an incorrect shipping address or over claiming period for parcel will require an additional charge for reshipment.
7. Item will be received by 1-3 working days for poslaju / Ninja Van / J&T Express .
